There is, in fact, a significant decrease in truck supply in Bulgaria, Moldova, and Ukraine as well. On transportation boards where free trucks and cargos meet, the ratio between them is 1 to 50. There are no more talks about prices; there are talks about availability only. The ones with long-lasting and good relations with haulers win and can supply.  The clients become surprisingly understanding and patiently expect delayed deliveries. It’s a weird world – a fairy tale for transport operators lasts.
