Turkish Grain Board (TMO) opened two separate tenders for wheat imports of 270 thousand and 260 thousand tons.
In the first tender of 270 thousand tons, the bids will be collected until 17 March. The tender is expected to receive deliveries between 25 March and 22 April. In this tender, It is planned to deliver 50 thousand tons each from Iskenderun, Mersin, and Izmir ports; 25 thousand tons each from Derince, Bandırma, Tekirdağ, and Samsun ports and 20 thousand tons from Trabzon port.
In the second tender of 260 thousand tons opened by TMO, the bids will remain open until 18 March, and the deliveries are requested to be made between 28 March-22 April. It is planned to deliver 75 thousand tons from Iskenderun port, 50 thousand tons each from Mersin and Samsun ports, 25 thousand tons each from İzmir, Bandırma, and Tekirdağ ports and 10 thousand tons from Trabzon port.
