Unexpected pumpkin planting in Xinjiang

But the snow-white growing area increased by about 30% in Northern Xinjiang as last year the price was favorable for snow-white, and the quality here also improved. The total production of snow-white may reach 30,000 tons in 2021. Today materials cost is quite stable, and there is hardly any chance to move higher or lower. The exporters expect the current price level may last till the end of the crop, and the new crop open should be about 200 USD/mt lower. For a clear picture of the new crop, we will have to wait till August.
