India: Fenugreek crop is 25% more compared to last year

Current Scenario & New Crop Arrival

• Prices of Fenugreek (Methi) Seeds are moving in a limited range.
• The arrival of the new Fenugreek has started in the Gondal and Rajkot regions of Gujarat.
• In the rest of Gujarat, the arrival will begin after 15 days.
• This Monday, 150 bags of stock arrived in M. P.’s Jaora Mandi.
• The arrival in the rest of Madhya Pradesh will start after 15 days.
• In Rajasthan, the arrival will begin in the first week of April.
• The crop is 25% more compared to last year.
• The forward carry stock of old Fenugreek is significantly less.
•  Seeing the bearish trend in Fenugreek Seeds, all traders have sold their stock.
• Till the arrival of new goods does not increase, prices of Fenugreek should move in a limited range.
• The prices may see a correction after arrivals increase. Therefore, the seller will be looking forward to selling their stock at every rise.
