Over the past month, the price of Iranian walnuts and walnut kernels has declined in world markets. Increasing the foreign exchange rate against Rial is the most significant reason for the decline in the price of the mentioned products during this period. During the past weeks, the foreign currencies have risen due to the uncertainty of negotiations between Iran and other member states of the JCPOA for returning Iran and the United States to the JCPOA agreements. This issue led to an increase in the price of this product in the world markets considering the price stability of walnut and walnut kernels in the domestic market. Compared to last month, the cost of walnuts and walnut kernels for export has grown by about 7 percent.
